Discover Victorian High Country Three Peaks
Mount Timbertop, Mount Stirling and Mount Buller introduce the Victorian High Country through three neighbouring mountain settings. Timbertop looks across the Delatite Valley and the Mansfield area; Stirling brings a broad alpine summit; and Buller adds one of Victoria’s most familiar mountain names. The combination keeps the journey rooted in the north-eastern part of the state, with the ranges close enough to remain part of one regional visit.
Forest and snow gums are an important part of the experience, especially on the approach to Timbertop. Higher up, the views open across successive ridges of the Victorian Alps. This trio suits an enquiry built around time in the High Country rather than a dash between distant destinations. Tell us whether you are planning a team trip, a private walking group or a longer visit to the region.
